Outbound IVR to replace human pitch

Postby Evanbrown » Fri Jun 07, 2013 7:13 am

Hi,

I am new to vicidial and asterisk server. I am trying to setup an outbound IVR where agent can play a bunch of voice files according to the response of called party. I don't know how to play an audio file in the asterisk server dynamically when agent presses keys. Please assist me in the issue.
