vicidial calls are going to the todays call not in the agent

gud day,
i'm just new in the vicidial system, were having troubles about the vicidial,,, when the agents are looged in,, all the calls goes to "calls today" in the real time but none of them to the agents,, and sometimes after the break the agents are not able to log in again or finding problem to log in again,,,, can someone explain it to me how it works???

This would be a really hard question to answer without seeing your configuration and set-up, it is just very broad. First, when the agents are logged in, are they READY or paused? Are you using Available only tally? Are they also dialing manually or taking inbound? When they are logging in after break, had they fully logged out and closed the browser? Are they using pause codes for breaks? More information is needed to answer this here, or you may consider paying to have someone look at your system. Please advise your version and build, the number of agents you have logging in at once and if possible, the server set-up.
