I would like to know if ViciDial supports "hunt monitoring". This is a system in which you dial into an extension and the dialer connects to an agent on a call. Once the call disconnects, the system automatically starts monitoring the next available agent that takes a call without any input. Once that call is disconnected, it finds the next available agent to listen to and so on and so forth. Is this something that is doable within the Vicidial platform?

Never heard of that before. Vicidial doesn't have that feature, and I'm not really sure it could, but I haven't looked into it at all either.
