Hi, What is the option and setting that i need to to enable the call transfer in the agent screen. I already read the Agent manual and i know the type of transfer but how do i enable it please?

I got the answer -> user setting -> AGENT INTERFACE OPTIONS-> vicidial transfer -> 1
