vicidial on pvt IP

i want to know how effective vicidial is if we run it on pvt IP
if we have multiple server setup in which all database and asterisk server are on pvt IP how effective such a solution will be

please guide me on this

If by pvt ip you mean your home/office lan then it works perfectly . You just need to make sure few sip/iax ports are open and forwarded for asterisk to place calls and http port too if you want agents logging in remotely .
