INDOUND call unattended/unanswer

Hi,

I have an inbound campaign, can i view or track numbers that dial my DID? For example there's no agent log in because there shift doesn't start yet and somebody call the DID number, How can I find or track those number..

Please Help, Thanks.

At the bottom of the Modify DID page there are four links. One of them is: "Click here to see a list of recordings and calls for this DID". There is a distinct possibility this could contain a list of calls for that DID. Distinct. 8-)
