Hi would like to ask regarding Recording link and Recording filename labellings on every calls, coz on my campaign i set it to record ALLFORCE with a filename format of CUSTPHONE_FULLDATE_AGENT. This server have local IP address and public IP address, so what i did was to put the public IP address on Server Alternative Recording IP. and it worked...The problem only im getting is some recording link are like this

which somehow the Customers Phone number is being replaced with text of CUSTOMER..this happens randomly some a series of like 10 recordings then back to normal
Any idea somehow..?
