Hello
We are using VIcidial for a predictive campaign where we are using AMD that pretty much is detecting correctly the AM. We have a particular issue regarding an AM that is provided by Mobile company that is a mobile phone that has been disconnected or the number has changed, therefore immediate we get the message but AMD do not detect instead detect that the call has been established as we can see it in wireshark trace

the question here is, how can we solve this situation telling to vicidial AMD that that kind of messages are an AM instead human voice?
Thanks in advance
