Hi,
This just started to be a problem in the last week or so.
Agent logs out of Vici and later when they log back in Vici doesn't ring the phone.
I test the zoiper client that it rings in the zoiper audio wizard, it does.
Only way to get the phone to ring in Vici is to log back out of Vici and close the browser exit the Zoiper client restart Zoiper and then log back into Vici everything now connects correctly.
Zoiper client: 3.6.25251 32bit Library revision: 25476
Any ideas of how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated
