CallerID sent to Customer

Hi,

I set the CallerID for the campaign but I had a customer ask why they saw a Company name with the CallerID. I've looked but don't see where anything other then the number is set in VICI.

What have I missed? :oops:

I've looked at the Help in VICI under Campaign and states: NOTE: Sometimes putting UNKNOWN or PRIVATE in the field will yield the sending of your default callerID number

Can I add the Company Name to the CallerID number in this section? I don't want to break my Campaign by adding here if this isn't where I should... Example: 1230001234 My Company Name

You can only use a dynamic CallerIDname if you are in Canada, and even then it takes some dialplan magic to get that to work in Vicidial. Everywhere else in the world you have to set it with the carrier that controls the phone number, something that can take a week or two to do.
