I've read the manager manual and the agent manual. Tried many different things and searches.
I'm trying to 3-way call using presets. I can add all the presets and choose them. But the Blind Transfer, Dial With Customer, and Park Customer Dial buttons do not show up so I cannot dial after choosing the preset number.
I have several numbers I need to choose from so I cannot only use the custom 3-way transfer button. I must be missing something simple but cannot find anything on how to fix this.
New Setup:Vicibox Redux.x86 64-4.0.3
Database/Webserver - Asus KFSN4-DRE/SAS | 2x AMD Opteron 2356 Quad Core |8GB RAM
Telephony Server: HP Proliant DL380 G5 - 2x 2.5GHz Xeon Quad Core - 16GB RAM
Archive Server - 1.7GHz (recordings)

Check the user group settings, those buttons may be set to disabled.

Thank you Matt! This is fantastic software, appreciate everything you guys do. I have purchased a couple manuals a while ago, I know it's not much but I know it's a way of helping out.
