I am having one weird issue sometimes two customers come in the same conference to one agent? can you explain why it could happen?

Usually an overload of the system. If you had a lot of agents and/or set your dial ratio very high ... or just a lot of calls on the server, you can overload Vicidial and it can make "poor decisions".
Also running heavy reports can cause some issues. Loading leads while the system is running. Using predictive dialer settings "more intense" is also a bad idea in heavy-use systems.
So .. how many agents? how many live calls? dial ratio? Campaign settings related to adapt (if any)?
