Inbound lookup limited to Group owner

Hi Guys

We have a customer who were setting up who has 2 different departments to their sales team. One selling a paper and the other selling a magazine.

They sell adverts to local businesses and different agent have to target different classes of businesses. Ie one agent may be selling a feature to pubs while another will be selling to Butchers etc. To seperate the two departments as they will often be calling the same numbers I have loaded 2 sets of data and split by setting the group_id in the owner field in the leads and setting the lead search etc for system_group.

The issue im having is in inbound call lookup. Is there any way to tell the in CIDLOOKUP to only look for records of the particular group_id?

The inbound call comes into a call_menu and is from there sent to the ingroup when the sales option is set.

Try upgrading to the most recent SVN/trunk. We have added features like this in the last year.
