Very possible. Much less expensive if you done on the Script tab instead of the Vicidial tab. And upgrade compatible, too!
You can create a script (with an iframe) that contains any/all of the client information. Plus, it's html so you can put anything else you want in there while you're at it.
Then you set the campaign's "get call launch" option to "script" and this will be automatically visible when the agent gets a call.
