Hi ,
Help me with some dial logic look like - Agent based leads with auto dialing or Dial Ratio as 1 .
Ex - Owner Only Dialing need to be dial automatically using dail Ratio as 1 if respective Agent Loged in to campaign .

Owner Only dialing is for manual dialing only. It will not work with a campaign in RATIO mode.

I want to assign the Certain leads to Specific agent and expecting Auto Mode dialing if agent logged in .Pl help .
