Question:
We have a problem that an agent is already ready to take a call but in the system, it finishes first playing the OnHold Prompt before it goes to an agent.
How could we direct that the call directly goes to an agent?

Don't use an on-hold prompt. Put any audio you want waiting customers to hear in a Music on Hold context, which can be interrupted. On-hold prompts cannot be interrupted.
