Park Call - can I hear customer while MOH is playing?

Hi.

Now, Park Call from Agent Panel is working like this:
- when we press Park Call, our customer is hearing MOH sound and we are not hearing anything
- when we depressed Park Call we can talk to costomer normally

Is it possible to change this behavior to this?:
- when we press Park Call, our customer is hearing MOH sound and we are are hearing what costomer is saying (customer does not necessary need to hear our voice)
- when we depressed Park Call we can talk to costomer normally

I need this function to play sound file (1 file) to customer, while still able to hear the customer.

I have no idea that that file was in this system :)

It is working very well. This post was from 2010. Is there a way to add next button (D1 and 2 STOP) that will stop playing the recording?

You can do that using the Agent API, but not through a pre-built interface, unless you are on our VICIhost service, then you can use our Agent Audio Soundboard features that do allow you to put up multiple audio files and play/restart/stop each one whenever you want.

Yes, we have talked about this in other topic.

Unfortunately I'm from Poland and as I understand VICIhost service is in US.

I have 17 customers. To handle them I have 29 servers in my server room. I have to figure something because Soundboard is very expected functionality to my customers.

The VICIdial Agent Audio Soundboard is now included in the VICIdial codebase, just upgrade your system, activate the feature in System Settings, and you've got it.

Here's a screenshot of the agent screen with the soundboard loaded:
