If I have a DID Route set to Agent. Does the ingroup agentdirect even need to be used? Can I put "NONE" for both the Route setting and In group ID? If this is the case, is there any advantage to route a call thru the agentdirect ingroup and then to the agent?
Thanks

You do have to have it us an AGENTDIRECT in-group. That's how agent-queue calls work.
