Problem on line call quality or bad line

Hi,

Just wan to ask what are things that need to check and need to fix if we are having bad line/call quality problem specially on customer side they say they can't hear us? When i did a ping from vici server to voip provider IP i've got an average of 180ms. Do you have any suggestion why were havinf bad line, even though only 2 agents are dialing at the same time? Thank you.

I always suggest trying another carrier first.

Maybe, if the issue is bandwidth, but it could actually make the problem worse if bandwidth isn't the problem. If you can, try another carrier.

You can at least test with another carrier, you can sign up with a pre-paid carrier for as little as $5. If your testing with this second carrier works, then you can focus on your primary carrier being the problem, not your system.
