1) You posted only the vicidial version without the build. Always include the Build with your Vicidial Version. It' a requirement for posting for the FREE help on this site.
2) You did not include your installation method with version. This is not a requirement, but often helps with troubleshooting. The .iso image name or (if Vicibox ...) "Vicibox X.X.X" showing the major and minor release numbers.
3) Your description of "PRI line" is a little vague. If this is an audio PBX card, you should list the model number so those with direct experience may be able to help.
4) Normal configuration of a Vicidial server does not push the agent to the Dispo screen until the Agent pushes "Hang Up Customer". Your situation description implies that the client hanging up bounces the agent to the dispo screen on one server but not the other. Please try to describe it with a bit more detail so we can get you Fixed.
5) Verify: ALL servers have the same version of Vicidial (not Vicibox, the installer, not just installed at the same time, but actually have the same version of Vicidial installed on each server! this is linux, shit happens! lol).
6) Verify: In your description, both agents were using the same web server? On the same campaign? Same user and phone settings? No changes to the campaign between the calls?
