Excuse me, I am presenting a strange situation in my vicidial server because when I add new extensions or trunks I cannot see them in the console with the command "sip show peers".
I have already restarted services, restarted the server and restored the database but the problem still continues.
Do you know what this is due to?
Thank you.

try to run "sip reload" and then check it after 60 seconds or so

if new sip peers are not showed when run the sip show peers command , it means you VICI changes are not written in the corresponding sip configuration file. This could be related to wrong connection with the Asterisk manager, assuming VICI use Asterisk manager interface to update some configuration on the Asterisk side
