Well, I chose the get call launch option as FORM in the campaign setting, and the FORM is working whenever I am making a call. but once i hangup the call, the form vanishes. I want the form to stay till I hit the next call even after I hangup the call. Any solution?

dont select clear form

But the thing is that I want to be able to still edit and input data in the form even after hanging up the call

then let the customer hangup the call and dont click "hangup customer" until you are done making your changes, i dont think there is another way to edit "forms" after you click hangup

well that actually keep the agent on dead status and also some voip provider deducts voip minutes until there is a disconnection/hangup on the call!
