Installation in clusters
Hello everyone, good afternoon, I have a problem, when I monitor the time of my agents and enable the show custphones section, 'xxxxx' appears instead of digits, why does this happen? What could be a solution?

Check the "Admin Hide Phone Data" option on your user, if it's anything other than "0" then it will mask the phone numbers for that user. The masking is done by replacing digits with "X".
