Hi,
I am finding a settings that will look first in the data records or the database if we have current record of the customer.
Most of our calls on inbound has zero information. And when I search it has a complete record when i use the Search List option.
Is there a way that I can tweak on, so when it comes to us as an inbound calls we have the details of the customers and it will prompt on each of the agent screen.

yes set the DID to cidlookup
