Vicidial can make video calls?

hello community,
Vicidial 9 allows videoconferencing ?. If so, do you have to install a tool that allows video conferencing or do you just have to configure the server?

If you install Asterisk 16 on it, it is technically possible to make video calls through it if you configure it properly, but I wouldn't say it's ready for production, it's very inconsistent. We did a lot of testing of that last year and were disappointed in how bad it worked, failure to start calls, failure to end them, double video, no audio, etc...
