Here ya go guys, this article is how to use the new SDP feature. It will help decrease your Short Duration Percent(SDP) which a lot of carriers charge fees for as well as give extra life to your DID's (Caller ID's)

Hey Chris, what is short duration percent carrier requirement? Is this an American thing? How does it help with saving caller ID's?

Short Duration in the US is a Carrier Requirement as they use it to identify Dialers (robodialers especially). Anything under 6 second call duration is a "red flag", usually resulting in a warning OR a different "short duration rate deck".
It may not relate to Caller IDs, but after the feature matures it may be anecdotally related. Red flags and all.

yea dennis its an american thing, the SDP percent being too high can result in penalties and the reason it helps save DID life is when those caller id's are on a high SDP, the telco's notice and will mark it as scam a lot faster
