Is there any option to change discription from one to another that is (no answer to Call back)? Even I have tried it from user modify menu, but it doesn't work.. If anybody know the trick please let me know..

I assume you are talking about statuses?
If you set the statuses as campaign statuses then you can have a different description for each one.

thank you for replay But I'm not talking about that, After made a call, agent by fault gave wrong status( ex. instead of call back he gave no answer ) In that scenario what to do to bring the status into callback.... I think I'm not confusing you....

someone with admin.php access and the ability to modify a lead would have to change the statuses.
