Vicidial freezes on Ubuntu

Hi,

I am experiencing a delay client info on the web and time-outs when dialing. I am using Ubuntu 7.10 base install 2gb mem, intel core2 duo 3.0ghz, sata hdrive. I tried suggestion from the forum that eaccelarator helps alot but still encountering this delay leads information and on realtime monitoring from the web locks the session of the agents.

What is the loadavg on the server when this happens?

Anything odd in dmesg ? What's the server load ? Any packet drops due to faulty network hardware ?

i got this load average when i run the dstat -l :

---load-avg---
1m 5m 15m
1 0.8 0.8

After dialer runs it increases
2.0 1 1

then ive seen that the conferences never disconnect (show conferences).

ive jus used the ztdummy as timer.
