How do I config the "gmt_offset_now" field?

Is there anyway to set the "gmt_offset_now" in the "Leads File" before fetching the file via "Loads Lead File". I notice it is created in the "vicidial_dial Table" after it is loaded in vicidial. Or how do I set the "gmt_offset_now"? Without this set in "gmt_offset_now" I have found the "Local Call Time" does not function appropriately with the "Local GMT" setting in "Phones Record". I hope these one of these questions make sense. Obviously, let me know if you require more information.

If you are loading the lead file with a phone_code(or phone code override set) then this field should be getting set properly automatically.

There is a way to override this field upon import using the CLI lead loader.
