leads queuing frequency

how leads being handled right for example i want to call leads being tagged as busy after 30 mins or leads tagged as Answering Machine after an hour would there be ways to do this

That is what the lead recycling options are for at the bottom of the campaign modification screen.

Just set the status(B for Busy, A for Answering machine) then set the internal(in seconds: 30 minutes=1800, 1 hour=3600) and the number of times that you want the lead to be tried before it has to wait until you reset the list(between 1 and 10 times)

MODIFY A CAMPAIGNS RECORD (detailed view( but i don't see the leads recycling option i'm a newbie to this please help

You need to go to the "Detail View" then scroll all the way to the bottom to the ADD NEW CAMPAIGN LEAD RECYCLE section.

If you cannot view the detail view of the campaign section, you need to go to your USERS record and set your "Campaign Detail:" parameter to 1

before that i saw "ADD NEW CUSTOM CAMPAIGN STATUS"
then this one "LISTS WITHIN THIS CAMPAIGN"

at the very bottom of your screen what is the VERSION and BUILD of your admin.php page?

You are using an older release. The lead recycling option is only available in releases 1.1.12 and higher. You will need to upgrade your astguiclient package to use it.

do you have sites or documents (aside from the help buttons) dedicated on dicussing the admin page of vicidial coz i want to see more functionalities of this system

Just FYI on the auto recycle option only the fields marked as selectable are available. We had to modify the admin.php to be able to select other codes. I don't know if this was by design. If you want we can send you our updated file.
