Recomended Maximum Adapt Dial Level

Postby richo2007 » Wed Jul 15, 2009 9:21 pm

For a group of 25 agents what would be the recomended Maximum Adapt Dial Level, 2, 3 or other?
Is there a rule of thumb to decide that value?
Thanks

Depends on the list quality and the pitch length. It might be 4:1 for a campaign with a short pitch and bad leads, while a campaign with better leads and a longer pitch might be only 2:1

i always go by the "watch your drop ratio" and decide that way. keeping the drop under 3% ... THAT is the legal line. But watching the number Live Agents vs Dropped Calls will ordinarily get this number for you.

Be careful, too, because it WILL change from list to list.

You can even play with "Adapt" (the various version of it) ... it's entire job in life it to make that decision for you while watching the drop%. You could just use adapt ... or you could put it on adapt and watch what it does for a few hours to see what number ends up being used most.
