most SMEs here use bayantel as it is cheap and reliable.
for some reason though, most call centers use either globe or pldt.
no offense to globe, but i really think their support sucks.
sometimes here in my center, the internet goes down for like 15 mins. and by the time i contact them its already up and they would would usually say:
"i checked with our system, and it shows that its up and doesn't have a problem."
sadly we don't have backup internet connection yet, which usually is the SOP in call centers.
