can the asteriskGUIclient be configured on a ISDN card?

Could you be a little more specific?
If you are referring to BRI cards, some people have used the BRIstuff version of Asterisk and VICIDIAL with success, although I have never tested it since BRIs are extremely expensive in the USA.
