new astGUIclient snapshot 2006-06-16

One more snapshot of the astGUIclient-VICIDIAL project code:

The fixes/additions for this snapshot since the last one include:
- Added internal DNC list
- Added Busy and Disconnect detection for PRIs +some SIP/IAX trunks
- Added Disposition-based lead recycling without list reset
- Added list_id override and timezone lookup to all lead importers
- Many small fixes and other features

Please download it and try it out. make sure you update the SQL with
the upgrade_1.1.12.sql statements if upgrading from 1.1.11 release and
read the README file for another important step for upgraders.

We are very close to the 1.1.12 release, please try this snapshot out and send in your bugs and change requests.

Great feature with the internal DNC list.

Noticed that there's a link now on the reports to go back and modify the campaign. Would be nice to have another link to return to the reports main menu.
