Referring to vicidial/admin.php?ADD=81 ,

1) How Vici react with CBHold where date and time has passed and Vici didnt dial those leads ?

2) Anyway to download all CBHold in an Excel file ?

calls do not just get generated because their time has passed. The agent manual should cover how the agent calls the "callbacks" and the manager's manual should cover the permissions for the agent to see them and call them by pressing the callbacks link on the agent screen IF they have callbacks.

any and all data in Vicidial can be downloaded easily via phpMyAdmin. nice little piece of software.
