Live Call Transfer in Vici

I want to khnow how can I transfer a live call to the other caller, senario is that "I make a call to a person after that I put him on hold and dial another number after then I put both of them in conference calling and quit after acknowledgement that the call is established", so can anyone tell me that how can I do this with vici dialer................................
