How stop the user sync with vtiger

i have created some user in vicdial ,but without pressing sync user with vtiger option , my vtiger is updated with these new users

how it is possible
is there any cron running for this

i need to stop this

You would have to disable the Vtiger System Settings option.

There is no crontab, the syncing is done by the admin.php script itself

if i disable the vtiger intagration, then it will take effect on the webform
my wevform target in campaign is like this "http://192.168.1.1/vicidial/vtiger_search.php"

i have disabled the vtiger intagration in admin settings , and then whever i click the webform in agent window its showing error vtiger intagration is not enabled.

any other way to stop the user sync

You can remove the code from admin.php

either remove the "check" from the web form or remove the "active code" from admin.php (which would allow you to set it as active again, but admin.php would not perform the sync)

I am not sure wether it will work or this is right idea.

rename the vtiger_user.php script in /var/www/vicidial.
this is the script that runs for vicidial user sync with vtiger.

i have renamed the vtiger_user script.
i have red that script ,it is the script that used for users sync.

That's the one-time sync script. The admin.php script still interfaces with Vtiger directly when users are added and changed.
