Any recommendations on fax capability? I tried the spandsp / rxfax / txfax. Asterisk crashes every time I receive a fax (rxfax).
Anyone know of any good tested products?
Thanks,
enjay

I have never used any built-in fax functions inside of Asterisk. I have heard that they are difficult to get running reliably and that they are picky about the kind of trunks that you use with them.
Any information anyone has on their experiences with fax-on-Asterisk would be very welcome.

Cool I was thinking about giving asterfax a shot just didnt want to devote the manpower to it until I knew it was worth a try.
Thanks for the input.
