non-native font issues in agent interface

Just a note, I had a complaint about issues with Traditional Chinese fonts not displaying customer data correctly in the agent interface and looked into it, the issue is caused by the font having to scale down, and the default bitmapped Chinese fonts on most western operating system installs do not scale down properly, so if you just load the truetype fonts for Chinese then everything will appear properly.
