Both GoAutoDial and Vicibox Redux install VICIDIAL. They are Installers for Vicidial. While they each have their own "take" on the installation, the result in both cases IS Vicidial.
Differences:
GoAutoDial has a prettier AGENT screen. (But this screen is ONLY compatible through Vicidial 2.2.0, or perhaps 2.2.1, NOT 2.4).
For the LATEST SVN Trunk installation of GoAutoDial ... you need only use the SVN commands and standard SVN upgrade method (available on the Vicidial Wiki) to upgrade to 2.4 via SVN (you'll lose the pretty screen, but you'll have the latest version). In Vicibox Redux, this is actually a "question" during installation. Just say yes to SVN and *poof* you've got it.
the Biggest Difference in my book: GoAutoDial is CentOS (which is not supported by The Vicidial Group) and Redux is OpenSuSE. If you NEED CentOS, obviously this is huge. (I don't know anyone who "Needs" OpenSuSE, but i've had several clients that required CentOS).
Also, GoAutoDial (for those who are truly lazy) will actually install the GoAutoDial trunk for you, allowing the purchasing of minutes and Live Server almost instantly.
And last but not least: Redux has had continual releases (almost weekly sometimes). Whereas GoAutoDial has had ONE release (unless you count VicidialNOW a couple years back, of which GoAutoDial is actually the next release, but without an "upgrade" path, you have to reinstall). Redux actually has (now) "zypper refresh" & "zypper up" which theoretically increase the packages to "latest" (you still, I believe, have to upgrade/update Vicidial seperately, but the OS changes can be controlled through an actual upgrade process).
