Are Time zones pulled by area code or Zip?

Perhaps I could interest you in page 12 of the FREE manual (version 220). This is Section C, Number 12. It seems relevant.
The manual, BTW, is available on EFLO.net (both free and paid versions). It is required reading (so we don't have to reprint the manual for each new user, kinda makes sense).
