Hi guys,
I'm trying to cut down a bit on telecom costs on all those calls that go to voicemail, so I'm trying to find that "sweet spot" of the amount of seconds before the call should be dropped. I have it set at 18 seconds for most campaigns and it's working pretty well, but I think a more exact measure of doing it would be having a metric for the average ring time before a human-answered call.
Is there a pre-made report that would have this sort of information available?
thanks!

different for every user.
but of course, you have the ability to have your agents select "human answered" categories and write your own report garnered from the logs. it's all in there. but there are many logs files with different information based on the purpose of the log. i've never seen a specific reports for dial time for human or any other answer.

Haven't seen statistics on this - probably pretty large variance among businesses. You might focus on how many rings before a caller is annoyed and disconnects..we set our ringer to 6 rings...I think 8 rings is the max I would go from a customer service prospective.
