braging iax trunk

Hi,

I'm using vicidial as a incoming and out going pridictive dialer.I've taken voice minutes from Tel iax and made a iax trunk. How would I able to monitor the agents while they are on the call.I want to listen the conversation of our agents while they are on the call. Though I don’t have zap device , as I use the IAX trunk I think zapbrage won't work.

Please advice.
