Thank you matt for all the answered questions . I was able to setup Vicidial and use it properly .
I just wanted to know how much bandwith is required for 10 agents calling at a time over IAX trunking (for ulaw,alaw and gsm)
How much bandwidth required ?

I would recommend GSM which uses 16k(for up and down) and about 6-9k more for overhead(like all VOIP no matter the codec). So 10 agents dialing at a 1.0 dial_level would need at least 250kpbs bandwidth just for their calls. If you want to dial at 2.0 double it, 3.0 triple it and so on.
It is also important to remember that the quality of the connection is omportant and the latency can also greatly affect the quality no matter the bandwidth.
