for those willing to try linux open source, and avoid paying $121,000 for a call center setup instead of $12,000. LOL

i remember when we were shopping for new software, we had a presentation from noble system and for a 20 seat call center. they wanted $80,000. No thanks, at least vicidial gives me a challenge and i get to learn linux.

And ill remember next time to post and ask the other person to do the same
