two list in a campaign whcih one first

HI vicidial support

I have crated two lists in vicidial. and assigned to a campaign.

1 list is online list whenever someone submits in my websites that will be uploaded to this list id

another list is normal uploaded manualy.


i need to know if i assign two list to a campaign which one will be dialled first.

my idea if the online list is empty it should start the normal list. if the online list get loaded the normal list should stop and online list to be started dialling.

i have given LIST order = DOWN

In that case, the leads dialed first will be the leads loaded first.

Have you read the ViciDial Manager Manual?

I want to setup the following :

I assigned two lists in one campaign , both lists are active and I want to dialer dialing randomize leads from first and second list simultaneously! I hope that you understand me what I want ?
Please give me some instructions steps about that?
