Hi
I install vici dialer on my pc. but when i type 192.168.1.89/astguiclient/admin.php in another pc i recieves an error.
While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://192.168.1.89/astguiclient/admin.php
The following error was encountered:
* Connection Failed
n its not working properly. Plz help me to solve this prob.

Did you follow every step of the SCRATCH_INSTALL?
Is httpd running?
is mysqld running?
is asterisk running?

yup all r right when i enter 192.168.1.89 in my address bar apache test pages is appear. But when I want to open vici dial its doesnt works prperly, kindly tell me is it all softwares r mandetary or I can install only mandetary softwares not optional.......

Does your apache wwwroot folder contain the vicidial folders?

I having so many probs like when I compile ntp-4.1.2 it doesnot creates directory in /etc/ntp.conf....wat is the issue

What packages did you install and what linux distribution are you using?

M using Fedora Core 2, n package is Network Time Protocol which is listed in scratch install. Help me to resolve the issue.

Fedora Core 2 is several years old and has a lot of critical bugs in it. Did you update your installed packages including the kernel after initial installation?

no I dont update the packages as well as kernell, tell me which Fedora OS is stable for vici......bcos when I use Fedora Core 5, I recieve so many errors about kernel sources.....

I utilize Fedora Core 4 and have no problems with VICIDIAL at all..
