Hi,
Due to security reasons, i would like to change the password of manager.conf of vicidial configuration. Where are the else places where we have to change?
What are the effect of changing password of users in manager.conf?

You just need to change it in the Admin -> Servers section(or the servers database table) to match your new settings.

Look for the 5 "Manager ..." settings.
