incoming call architecture

Hello
We up this day to 30 agents with vicidial, for this we use 2 dialer servers with two different sip trunk with the same carrier. we use load balaning with vicidial dialer.
I want to understand how incoming call work with load balancing

This depends on how your carrier can send calls to you inbound. All calls can come into one server or into both if your SIP carrier supports it. Just like with outbound, the calls will go to whatever agent is supposed to get the call next no matter what server they are on.
