Under my lists I show

2000+ New Leads called 200+ New lead not called.

Why would there be 2000 new leads called wouldnt those automatically be dispositioned as something other than New?

additionally if there are still 2000+ new leads "called" There is not option to recycle NEW leads..

NEW leads that have not been changed to another status are usually caused because there was a line error or the number is not dialable.

As for recycling of NEW leads that is a bug that will be fixed in the next release, but it's easy just to reset the list and you can call them again.
